Project Consultants
Worldwide, LLC
Interim expertise . . . when, where & however long clients need it.
Exclusive Focus: Project Expertise
While it doesn't have to be, project work can be messy. For companies, "special projects" can be oftentimes unplanned, critical, urgent even late. In our view, project-based consulting is the nitty-gritty of management consulting - it's where the rubber truly meets the road. We recognize these challenges for companies. And, most importantly as a firm, we are very comfortable in the project setting of when? where? and how long? This is when we perform best and precisely when we add the most value to our clients.

Interim Projects
A company's need for a specific skill-set can change over time - often quarterly, typically monthly, sometimes even week-to-week. This is precisely where projects and project expertise comes into play.
When urgent projects demand high-quality functional & industry professionals on an interim basis, companies turn to us. We provide businesses around the world (from large public companies to mid-sized enterprises) project-based professionals, or a team of professionals, capable of addressing all the critical talent requirements the client's need necessitates.

Project-to-Permanent Assignments
Oftentimes, an organization's need for a specific skill-set goes beyond the initial project. However, sometimes, it starts off that way. Whether due to budgetary constraints or time demands, these scenarios, require different project parameters.
Over and above the capabilities and readiness of the particular project consultant, these kinds of assignments necessitate that they are also potentially interested in transitioning to a permanent role as a member of the company's internal team of employees.
We understand this niche. Those not specializing in this space day-to-day may not be designed to handle that, at times, this is a different sourcing & recruiting challenge. However, given our singular "project" focus, these types of client requirements don't present themselves as problematic.
